Humble Beginnings

Raised in a crowded one-bedroom home shared by six family members, Brandon learned resilience, resourcefulness, and the power of determination from a very young age. Those early challenges forced him to adapt quickly, make the most of limited resources, and develop an unshakeable drive that would shape his future success.

Accident survivor

When he was 18, Brandon survived a devastating 4-wheeler accident that left doctors believing his mental capacity would be permanently reduced to that of a third grader. But through unwavering determination and faith, he defied the odds, made a remarkable recovery, and now shares his story through his speaking to inspire others.

Educational Milestones

Brandon is a first-generation college graduate who earned his bachelor's degree in Management from Freed-Hardeman University, his MBA in International Business from Florida Atlantic University (where he was named 2020 student leader of the year), and his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University with a focus on preventing quiet quitting.

Presidential Recognition

Brandon has been recognized by two U.S. presidential administrations for his leadership and service, and was appointed as a U.S. Presidential Management Fellow Finalist, one of the nation’s most prestigious honors for emerging public sector leaders.

Brandon founded a $10 million adtech startup, leveraging his passion for innovation and communication to develop patented technology that helps brands connect more effectively with their audiences.
